What you'll do

• Review customer purchase orders, quotations, pricing, delivery dates, freight and payment terms, shipping instructions, and supporting documents
• identify and escalate incomplete or commercially sensitive information
• coordinate change orders and sales order revisions across teams
• gather input on feasibility, price and delivery impacts
• update quotations and ERP/CRM records
• follow up with customers on missing information and discrepancies
• support customer onboarding and documentation
• monitor workflows and identify process improvements
• maintain SOPs and process controls.
