What you'll do

• Round throughout the emergency department triage area, waiting rooms, and patient rooms
• oversee patient flow and placement
• liaise with bed management, providers, nursing, ancillary staff, case management, environmental services, EMS, and other departments
• monitor the tracking board
• lead flow huddles and provide performance feedback
• participate in improvement projects
• support emergency preparedness and patient-family communication.
