Production Service Technician

The Production Service Technician is an onsite position based in Rochester, NY. The salary range is $25 - $40 per hour. The role exists to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain CNC manufacturing machines. The technician ensures operational efficiency by diagnosing mechanical and electrical problems and performing scheduled maintenance to support the company's product commercialization goals.

What you'll do

• Analyze mechanical and operational problems on equipment, perform scheduled maintenance, clear jams, test equipment after repairs, and notify management of recurring issues.
