Sales and Installation Coordinator

What you'll do

• Schedule incoming sales appointments and answer customer questions
• complete job folders and installation paperwork
• process rebates and registrations
• coordinate installation schedules and collect deposits
• process financing documents and finalize payments in dispatch software
• track leads and consultant performance
• report department profitability
• support field sales closings as needed
• maintain sales literature and commission reports
• attend management and sales meetings.
