What you'll do

• Organize and schedule sterile processing and environmental services workloads
• maintain SOPs, sterilization records, cleaning logs, and inspection records
• oversee instrument pack preparation and sterilization procedures
• track metrics and KPIs
• manage supplies and inventory
• coordinate equipment maintenance
• supervise cleaning, disinfection, waste removal, floor care, room turnover, and urgent disinfection
• inspect areas and initiate corrective actions
• train, coach, schedule, and oversee staff.
