Senior Cost Engineer, Cost Control and Reporting

What you'll do

• Review contractor pay applications, invoices, cost submissions, and Schedule of Values
• evaluate change orders and proposals
• maintain cost, change, trend, contingency, and exposure logs
• build and validate Estimate at Completion forecasts and cash flow forecasts
• track budgets, commitments, actuals, accruals, and changes
• analyze variances and risks
• prepare cost narratives and reports
• coordinate with project teams, contractors, finance, and clients
• support closeout and improve cost-control processes
• mentor junior personnel when required.
