What you'll do

• Draft, review, and negotiate residential and commercial real estate contracts
• examine titles and resolve title issues
• prepare for and attend closings
• prepare and file deeds and related documents via ACRIS
• represent financial institutions in loan transactions
• communicate with clients, brokers, lenders, and other parties.
