What you'll do

• Create and enhance resident programs and activities
• develop a written monthly calendar
• assess and update resident interests, needs, and strengths and help set service plans
• maintain themed programming spaces, life skills stations, and cue boxes
• train, schedule, and coach care staff on programs and assigned responsibilities
• develop resident-specific outing plans, arrange transportation, and assist with planning and supervising outings
• review and revise outing plans quarterly.
