Part-Time Lead Caregiver / Care Manager

What you'll do

• Train and coach non-medical caregivers on care expectations and procedures
• provide field support and feedback
• assist with caregiver recruiting, interviews, orientation, and onboarding
• help address call-outs and scheduling coverage
• pick up open or missed shifts when necessary
• communicate client and caregiver needs to the care team.
