What you'll do

• Support operator level-one and level-two responsibilities
• inspect products for defects
• maintain a clean work area
• load validated injection-molding parameters
• load and align automated and robotic programs
• monitor machine standards and product quality
• troubleshoot and escalate issues
• respond to alarms and operate machines
• retrieve quality documentation
• perform line clearances, mold cleaning, mold changes, color changes, and material-lot changes
• maintain traceability records
• perform level-one total productive maintenance
• complete cycle checklists
• use lockout/tagout for unsafe equipment
• participate in lean and process-improvement initiatives
• follow company policies, ISO standards, health and safety requirements, GMP, and standard work procedures.
