What you'll do

• Support billing and SAP BRIM implementation projects
• contribute to end-to-end order-to-cash process design and improvement
• lead requirements workshops and write functional specifications
• configure pricing, rating, billing, invoicing, dunning, and collection functions
• design and configure automation testing processes
• work with Agile and waterfall methodologies
• use Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft ADO Testing
• travel to the commission’s headquarters as needed for critical project phases.
