What you'll do
- Provide direct resident care under licensed nursing personnel’s supervision
- assist with activities of daily living
- change bed linen and maintain grooming supplies
- ambulate and transfer residents using appropriate devices and body mechanics
- record assigned vital signs, weights, measurements, intake and output, and food consumption
- turn and position residents as needed
- support resident rights and choices
- maintain housekeeping standards
- answer call lights
- assist with staff orientation and training as requested.
