What you'll do

• Remain awake and continuously assess the building and residents
• provide individualized care under each person’s Life Plan or ISP
• support safety and well-being
• observe, document, and communicate relevant information
• administer prescribed medications under OPWDD regulations
• lead therapeutic activities
• assist with bathing, dressing, mobility, and hygiene
• document residential habilitation services
• encourage positive behavior and social interaction
• and prepare and serve meals.

Why this role
