Line Cook, Level 10

The Line Cook, Level 10 role is onsite in Spartanburg, SC, paying $14–$18 per hour. Level 10 is located on the 10th floor of the AC Hotel in downtown Spartanburg. The cook prepares a station and food according to the chef’s standards, maintains a clean and safe workstation, and supports kitchen operations and food-safety requirements.

What you'll do

• Set up the station according to the chef’s guidelines
• follow recipes, portion controls and presentation standards
• restock items
• maintain a clean, safe and organized workstation
• use and maintain equipment
• assist with kitchen and storage-area cleaning
• complete additional tasks requested by the chef or sous chef
• follow health requirements.
