Human Resources Information Systems Analyst

The Human Resources Information Systems Analyst role is onsite in Louisville, KY. Pay is $60,000 per year. BrightSpring Health Services’ HR applications support operational data needs and human resources initiatives. The analyst supports and administers HR applications, helps users resolve system issues, and maintains data integrity across HR, applicant tracking, and learning management systems. The role also supports system implementations and upgrades, reporting, documentation, training materials, and process improvements in coordination with HR, IT, and external stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Process user requests and provide production support
• manage workflows and resolve issues by phone and email
• audit employee data and perform scheduled mass updates
• maintain mapping rules and home and security departments
• maintain and audit HR, applicant tracking, and learning management systems
• run queries and analyze data
• document processes and recommend changes
• coordinate fixes and upgrades with HR and IT
• assist with testing and implementation of updates and new functionality
• create user and training documents
• liaise with third parties and stakeholders
• create reports and queries
• support wellness and other HR initiatives
• comply with HIPAA privacy and security requirements.

Why this role

Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required. Experience with ADP, Cornerstone, or other HR information systems is strongly preferred. Advanced Microsoft Office skills are strongly preferred.
