What you'll do

• Provide customer service while following security procedures and site policies
• respond calmly to incidents and concerns
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the mall, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter
• monitor access points and assigned areas
• report suspicious behavior, hazards, damage, and policy violations
• assist visitors with directions and lost-property inquiries.
