What you'll do

• Respond to inbound leads and borrower inquiries
• assess financing needs and advise on loan options, pricing, guidelines, documentation, and next steps
• originate applications and prepare complete files for processing
• communicate with borrowers, credit union partners, Realtors, referral sources, title companies, assistants, and operations teams
• track pipeline milestones and resolve file issues
• build referral relationships and maintain product, licensing, HMDA, and compliance knowledge.
