Daycare Infant/Toddler Teacher

The Daycare Infant/Toddler Teacher role is onsite in Milton, MA, and pays $22–$24 per hour for certified teacher candidates. The school operates year-round, Monday through Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Little Sprouts’ Sustainable Education approach supports children’s learning and long-term well-being. The teacher creates a safe, nurturing learning environment for young children through developmentally appropriate curriculum, classroom leadership, and family engagement. The role also supports educator growth and sustainable learning practices.

What you'll do

• Design and implement daily lesson plans
• lead classroom routines and organization
• model instructional practices
• supervise children during activities, meals, transitions, and outdoor exploration
• observe and document development
• communicate with families
• participate in conferences and community learning opportunities
• maintain required certifications and training
• collaborate with colleagues
• coach and support Assistant Teachers
• serve as a mandated reporter.
