What you'll do

• Post lockbox, credit card, ACH/direct debit, and scanned check payments to owner accounts in Jenark
• post recurring assessments, update annual amounts, and generate invoices and coupon books
• charge late fees, send collection letters, refer delinquent accounts, and post legal fees
• complete resale and estoppel requests in Homewise, provide balance information, and process settlements and new owner records
• process refunds, returned payments, prepaids, write-offs, and foreclosed properties
• set up new communities in the AR module and maintain direct debit enrollments
• complete monthly Schedule A and maintain accurate AR records
• respond to homeowner, community manager, and attorney inquiries.
