What you'll do

• Lead daily operations, scheduling, and performance of the Patient Care Educator inbound phone team
• establish intake standards and performance reporting
• oversee first-stage qualification, patient education, documentation, and handoffs
• coach staff through one-on-ones and call reviews
• maintain CRM quality and funnel visibility
• coordinate with patient conversion, enrollment, marketing, technology, and compliance partners
• escalate clinical or sensitive matters to qualified professionals.
