What you'll do

• Initiate and process commercial loan applications in compliance with regulatory and internal policies
• assist with portfolio management, loan advances, paydowns, payment issues, wires, and servicing needs
• serve as a point of contact for business clients
• meet with customers to open accounts, close loans, complete profiles, clear documentation exceptions, and obtain information
• support business bankers in meeting service deadlines.
