What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and hygiene
• obtain and record vital signs
• follow resident-specific care plans and report concerns or changes to licensed nursing staff
• maintain clean and safe care areas
• follow infection, fall, transfer, skin integrity, and safety procedures
• protect resident privacy, dignity, independence, preferences, and rights
• communicate with residents, families, visitors, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members.
