What you'll do

• Serve as the primary contact for homeowner inquiries and concerns
• conduct proactive check-ins and advise on property performance, pricing, marketing, and improvements
• manage a portfolio averaging 40–80 units depending on market
• inspect properties and document findings
• coordinate work orders and follow issues through resolution
• monitor property condition, costs, and compliance
• partner with Revenue, Marketing, Finance, Onboarding, Compliance, and Maintenance
• lead homeowner onboarding and manage offboarding.
