Director, Technical Program Management

The Director, Technical Program Management role is onsite in San Francisco, CA. Compensation is $200,000–$250,000 per year. The role leads Samba’s Technical Program Management function as the company expands its media intelligence business. The position exists to establish scalable program leadership and drive complex initiatives across the technology organization. It contributes by aligning Engineering, Product, Data Science, Legal, and Operations around priorities, governance, risks, and delivery.

What you'll do

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of 2–4 TPMs
• define the team’s operating model
• represent program health and execution capacity to senior leaders
• own execution strategy for complex cross-functional initiatives
• establish governance frameworks
• align roadmaps with business priorities and capacity
• lead high-stakes programs
• resolve cross-functional blockers
• improve program tools and reporting
• champion Agile and scaled Agile practices
• incorporate regulatory and privacy requirements into planning.
