What you'll do
- Help develop fundraising strategies across annual giving, major gifts, corporate and foundation support, planned giving, events, and campaigns
- lead and develop the philanthropy team

- partner with the CEO and board on fundraising engagement
- oversee donor recognition and communications, grant development, budget, performance metrics, donor records, gift processing, and fundraising compliance
- collaborate with marketing, programs, and membership teams.
