What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, transfers, personal hygiene, and ambulation
• follow HCF policies and procedures and resident care plans
• answer call lights
• document care provided
• report abnormal findings, injuries, incidents, skin issues, complaints, suspected abuse or neglect, misappropriation, and unsafe conditions.
