What you'll do

• Develop embedded firmware and C code for HVAC equipment, consumer appliances, and smart-home devices
• develop RS-485 communication stacks, software architecture, reusable components, and specifications
• maintain code using version control, CI/CD, and test automation
• implement unit testing and conduct bench and lab testing
• troubleshoot field issues
• translate system requirements into firmware specifications
• integrate firmware with hardware and application software
• debug and optimize firmware
• develop algorithms, libraries, and drivers for RTOS and bare-metal environments
• lead multidisciplinary projects, participate in design reviews, mentor junior engineers, and support production problem analysis and equipment projects.
