The Bilingual Certified Medical Assistant role is onsite in Winter Haven, FL, with compensation of $19.00–$21.00 per hour, negotiable based on experience. The role supports providers and the care team in a primary care office. The assistant combines clinical and administrative work to support patient flow, accurate records, and managed care protocols. Duties include rooming patients, documenting clinical information, assisting with procedures, coordinating follow-up, and supporting patient education and clinic operations.

What you'll do

• Prepare examination rooms
• escort patients and document identity, vital signs, complaints, and medical history in the EHR
• assist providers with examinations and procedures
• administer immunizations, injections, and medications under provider supervision and clinic policy
• perform EKGs, vision tests, and screenings
• collect and process specimens
• maintain charts and pre-charting
• coordinate care and follow up on orders, referrals, and results
• support patient education
• assist with check-in, calls, scheduling, inventory, and quality initiatives
• maintain HIPAA compliance.
