What you'll do

• Complete prep-list tasks
• plate food to approved standards
• coordinate with front-of-house staff and expo to complete orders on time
• stock and set up kitchen stations
• wash, chop, and check vegetables
• measure ingredients and follow recipes
• portion ingredients
• track inventory and prep cycles
• clean dishes and utensils, sanitize the kitchen, and label and stock ingredients
• follow food safety procedures.
