What you'll do

• Serve as the point of contact for walk-in and scheduled Knowledge Bar customers
• listen to concerns and guide customers through service solutions
• recommend services such as PriorityCare+, Data Backup, and ESET
• communicate estimated pricing, timelines, and expectations
• assist with basic troubleshooting and route work orders
• process service and point-of-sale transactions
• maintain productivity standards
• provide service-status updates
• obtain certifications as directed
• keep the workspace clean and organized.
