What you'll do

• Identify, position, and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• build trusted relationships with senior and C-level stakeholders
• develop strategic account plans
• advise customers on business strategy, operational efficiency, customer experience, and expansion
• partner with Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Services
• monitor account health and usage metrics
• maintain forecasts, pipeline, and account documentation
• track industry trends and competitor activity.
