What you'll do

• Define and lead enterprise HR change strategies
• lead change across organization simplification, job architecture, rewards and benefits harmonization, HR process standardization, and digital, automation, or AI-enabled work
• establish roadmaps, governance, milestones, ownership, and risk escalation
• develop executive communications, manager toolkits, training, and employee resources
• align stakeholders across HR, Legal, Communications, Finance, business functions, and regions
• use readiness, adoption, sentiment, and service data to refine interventions and sustain new behaviors
• build change capability through coaching and reusable methods.
