What you'll do

• Maintain professional client relationships and confidentiality
• ensure regulatory and safety procedures are followed
• coordinate shift functions, rounds, programming, and client care
• maintain staffing coverage and security equipment inventory
• respond to complaints, incidents, and emergencies
• document and report shift activity
• resolve conflicts
• provide direct service when staffing is inadequate.
