• Provide responsive infant care
• support developmentally appropriate activities
• assist with feeding, sleeping, diapering, play, and individual routines
• observe and document growth and milestones
• maintain a safe, clean classroom
• build family relationships
• maintain active supervision and required staff-to-child ratios
• attend meetings and training.
