Charge Nurse

What you'll do

• Coordinate unit nursing activities
• review and maintain charge nurse reports
• communicate medical concerns to campus staff and leadership
• respond in person to campus medical emergencies and assist with transfers
• coordinate medication and supply needs
• monitor controlled medication counts
• support staffing coverage and unit assignments
• conduct rounds, audits, and training
• supervise assigned nursing staff
• perform CPR, crisis intervention, and medication administration under agency-trained protocols.
