Floating Community Manager

What you'll do

• Lead day-to-day operations at assigned apartment communities
• support leasing, marketing, resident retention, and occupancy goals
• manage collections, delinquency, and revenue performance
• conduct property inspections
• coach and train onsite teams
• ensure Fair Housing and company-policy compliance
• respond to resident concerns
• assist with budgets and expense control
• support acquisitions, staffing transitions, special projects, and community improvements
• partner with maintenance teams.
