Early Career Recruiting Coordinator

The Early Career Recruiting Coordinator role is hybrid and open to candidates in the San Francisco Bay Area, Bellevue, New York City, or New Jersey. Compensation is $45–$50 per hour, based on experience. The coordinator supports CoreWeave’s global early careers hiring strategy and Talent Programs team. The role keeps early-career recruiting logistics, candidate communications, and recruiting data organized across a high volume of activity. By coordinating interviews, events, and offer and pre-onboarding steps, the coordinator helps candidates and hiring teams move through the process smoothly and consistently.

What you'll do

• Coordinate end-to-end virtual and onsite interview scheduling and logistics for internships, new graduate roles, apprenticeships, and other early-career positions
• partner with recruiters, candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers
• communicate interview logistics, timelines, and next steps
• support high-volume interview days
• assist with job postings and requisition setup
• maintain candidate, interview, requisition, and event data in Greenhouse, Gem, Candidate.FYI, Google Workspace, and related systems
• support campus events and candidate follow-up
• coordinate offer and pre-onboarding activities
• document workflows and identify process improvements
• handle information confidentially.
