Maintenance Supervisor

What you'll do

• Maintain and repair boiler systems
• keep the shop organized and stocked
• schedule vendors and contractors
• ensure service requests are completed promptly
• perform appliance, tile, drywall, carpentry, plumbing, light electrical, painting, HVAC, masonry, grounds, landscaping, waste, and sewer maintenance
• remove snow
• carry out preventive maintenance
• be available for emergency repairs and after-hours on-call duty as required
• operate company vehicles and maintenance tools safely.
