Direct Support Professional — Residential, Evening Shift

The Direct Support Professional — Residential role is onsite in Hamlin, NY, with a 34-hour weekly schedule: Tuesday 3:00–11:00 PM, Wednesday through Friday 3:00–9:00 PM, and Saturday 7:00 AM–3:00 PM; Sunday and Monday are off. Starting pay is $21.55 per hour, with potential weekend or evening differentials. The Residential Services department supports people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in building independence, dignity, and respect.

What you'll do

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living
• support independence and social skills
• help ensure health and safety, including medication administration if certified
• implement and document individualized service plans
• encourage community participation
• drive agency vehicles as needed
• communicate with individuals, families, and colleagues
• complete required training and development.
