What you'll do

• Coordinate and dispatch service technicians according to customer needs and availability
• communicate with facility managers, site leads, and technicians
• update customers on scheduling and service status
• maintain accurate service-order notes and completion details
• release approved estimates
• confirm vendor timelines
• prioritize urgent requests
• monitor technician pricing and job-cost accuracy
• research service information and process orders.
