Associate Property Manager

The associate property manager guides prospective residents from inquiry through move-in and supports residents after they move in. The role combines leasing, resident service, rent collection, marketing, property upkeep coordination, and accurate records to support a high-quality community experience.

What you'll do

• Lease available apartments and renew leases
• schedule and conduct apartment showings
• lead outside marketing and assist with outreach and resident events
• assist residents and build relationships
• process rent payments and collections
• follow Fair Housing laws
• coordinate maintenance work orders
• maintain property conditions and records in property management software
• assist with projects as assigned.
