What you'll do

• Manage high-volume entry-level sales requisitions
• conduct recruiting intake and strategy sessions
• source, screen, coordinate interviews, support selection and offer activity, and handle pre-onboarding
• maintain candidate communication and ATS records
• develop talent pipelines
• coordinate with the MSP vendor and Talent Acquisition Coordinators
• track recruiting metrics and improve processes.
