What you'll do

• Set up and serve prepared meals
• clear trays and return them to cleanup areas
• operate dish-cleaning machines and hand-wash items as needed
• return clean dishes and utensils to storage
• clean work areas and food-preparation equipment
• store and stock food and supplies
• assemble regular and modified diets as directed
• assist with salads and baked goods
• follow safety, fire, and sanitation standards
• document controls required for regulations and surveys.
