What you'll do

• Schedule and process applicants and clients
• review applications and verify income, background, references, and household composition
• conduct program briefings
• set up contracts and calculate rent
• work with landlords
• complete timely recertifications
• respond to inquiries and document issues
• prepare reports and disbursement adjustments
• maintain payment suppression lists and client files
• and prepare correspondence.
