What you'll do

• Perform minor plumbing, patching and painting, electrical, and HVAC repairs
• remove trash and debris
• complete preventive maintenance
• inspect buildings and grounds
• remove damaged plants
• pressure wash surfaces
• prepare vacated apartments
• maintain and secure equipment
• participate in safety inspections and drills
• serve in a rotating evening and weekend on-call schedule.

Why this role

General maintenance experience is required; make-ready experience and pool maintenance experience are preferred. Basic hand tools and a valid driver’s license are required; HVAC training or experience is noted, with a license a plus.
