Professional Land Surveyor

What you'll do

• Research survey records and analyze boundaries
• prepare and review Records of Survey, ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, plats, lot-line adjustments, and legal descriptions
• perform quality control
• support drafting and mapping in AutoCAD Civil 3D
• assist with project tracking, budgets, and invoicing
• collaborate across offices
• perform occasional field work using Trimble equipment
• maintain project documentation and QA/QC standards.
