What you'll do

• Respond to inbound calls, emails, and online inquiries
• provide product, pricing, and availability information
• process orders, returns, replacements, and account updates
• troubleshoot basic order or service issues
• maintain CRM and internal-system records
• prepare quotes and follow up on quotes and open orders
• identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• support field sales teams with documentation, samples, and scheduling.
