Business Development Executive

The executive develops new business and expands provider and partner relationships, managing opportunities from prospecting through onboarding and account development. The role contributes to revenue, prescription volume, and account-retention goals while coordinating with pharmacy operations, customer service, marketing, and leadership.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute growth strategy
• prospect and cultivate relationships with telemedicine companies and potential pharmacy partners
• generate business through field sales, referrals, networking, events, and outreach
• manage the sales cycle and CRM pipeline
• educate accounts on pharmacy services and capabilities
• coordinate onboarding with operations and customer service
• monitor account performance and market trends
• represent the pharmacy at meetings and industry events
• meet established sales KPIs
• follow applicable pharmacy and healthcare requirements. Regular territory travel and periodic events are required.
