What you'll do

• Lead scuba, retail, and travel programs
• support revenue and KPI goals
• recruit, train, coach, and retain retail staff and Dive Professionals
• coordinate course and instructor scheduling, merchandising, inventory, equipment service, and rentals
• support facility inspections and safety standards
• and build community relationships through outreach and local events.
