The role helps coordinate technical training and apprenticeship programs, maintain learning records, and develop clear learning materials. Through work with Learning and Development staff, craft employees, technical experts, and leaders, the intern contributes to employee skill development and safe performance of critical utility work.

What you'll do

• Review apprentice files, training records, documentation, course completions, signatures, and milestones
• maintain schedules, forms, resources, and shared records
• assist with onboarding, progress meetings, field visits, and training
• maintain Workday Learning records
• prepare participant communications and materials
• support instructional content development
• create and update courses
• coordinate training logistics
• respond to routine learning questions.
